About ding ding

ding ding is used by participating venues to allow their customers to track orders and receive updates.

Particiapting venues will take your order and then present you with a special QR code representing that order. Simply scan the QR code and you have the order on your device, the venue will send you a notification when your order is ready.

You do not need to handover your email address or phone number, complete any annoying registration or set up a user account. Just scan the QR and you're done!!

On scanning the QR code, iPhone users will be presented with the ding ding App Clip; a small part of the main ding ding app that allows customers to scan the QR code for an order and then track that specific order and received updates on it's progress. iPhone users can also install the full ding ding app, this allows users to track multiple orders simultaneously, receive updates about those orders and also see all past orders.

For android users, scanning the QR code presents you with the order in a browser window where you can track progress and receive notifications about the status of the order.

You can download ding ding at the link below. Otherwise you can try out the App Clip experience by scanning the QR code at participating venues.

The ding ding app does not require you to create an account or register, just download and start using.

You'll be able to track multiple orders across any particpating venue and receive updates.

Past orders which have been completed or cancelled will appear in the History tab as well.
